In 4th grade students are collaborating in small groups to create a "brain break" for other students in our school. This project is happening as a joint effort between Phy. Ed. and Music where students are learning to create a choreographed dance to a popular song. Students were given a catalog of dance moves to choose from and were also encouraged to think of their own. Once they had their dance moves picked out, they create a routine map to use as a practice guide. These dance moves are in the form of a GIF, a short animation.  With the aid of a teacher, students were able to create a GIF of themselves to use in their dance routine too. Here are just a few!
